Flexible Asset Management
SupaCMDB is not just limited to IT Configuration Items but can be easily configured to manage any type of asset. The database schema can be extended by the administrator and user interface modified without one line of code or involvement of professional services.We provide the training you need!
Easy to understand and navigate relationships between Configuration Items can be generated via data import or defined manually. Effective for determining dependencies, location, ownership and connectivity. Define your own relationships and rules to manage linkages the way you need.
SupaCMDB can be deployed on your network or we can host it for you in Amazon Web Services. You can choose between either a Windows/SQL Server based platform or Linux/MySQL. SupaCMDB comes with native support for connecting Active Directory and connectors for Microsoft SCCM, JDisc and other 3rd party discovery tools.
Comprehensive Change Management
SupaCMDB comes with a template-driven change management system included, based on the ITIL standard. Simple or complex change processes are supported by configuring the one or more templates. Forms can be quickly configured to mimic any existing paper-based system for easy transition. Tight integration with the CMDB enables you to perform impact analysis and link impacted Configuration Items to the Change.
SupaCMDB includes a built-in form editor to create your own Request for Change forms, including custom fields, pick list values and validation rules. This means you can configure the forms to closely resemble what you are replacing if needed.
Create as many different forms as you want, each with their own Task workflow. Tasks can have their own data entry form, as well as attachments and dependencies on other Tasks.
We provide the training and tools necessary for you to fully customize the forms and workflow without needing to engage an expensive consultant. This means your overall cost of ownership is reduced.

Our SupaDESK Mobile app not only enables you to manage tickets but also scan bar codes and QR codes to retrieve asset details. You can then modify location, assignment and status information plus see full details of the asset and its relationships. In addition, document attachments can be downloaded and notes and photos uploaded to the asset.
